If there is any changes in your business operation like stricter safety measures for both your employees and customers or you offer online consultations because of the quarantine, you can update your clients through Google Posts.
Keep Connected with Your Clients
You can download the My Google Business App so you can turn on the messaging. This way, customers can easily reach you if your store may be closed or if they have questions and concerns. Always response to reviews and FAQs as well so they would know you are still active despite the situation.
Edit Your Business Description
If you do not offer your other services, provide extra service, or services may be delayed due to other measures, indicate it on your business description. Just click post on your GMB account and choose the Covid-19 update tab then update the information. You can click preview to check it before going live. If you think it is ready, click publish.
