About Our Company and Team

When hiring a TOI Virtual Assistant, you receive a dedicated and skilled employee at an affordable rate.  No need to train our employees, we do that for you.  Upon being hired by TOI, our Virtual Assistant’s are put through extensive training until they are qualified to meet our clients’ needs.  It all starts with CEO Bob Levin.  Bob spent 17 years as the CEO for Clay, Metal & Stone, Inc.  That experience gave Bob the knowledge of how to operate a successful, long-term business.

After leaving Clay, Metal & Stone, Mr. Levin set out to assist other business owners in their entrepreneurial ventures.  Hence, the formation of Transformational Outsourcing.  TOI is a United States based company with offices in the Philippines.
